Both parties are absent without any step. The case was posted today for passing necessary order.

From perusal of case record and order sheet it is seen that the complainant filed this case in the year 2007 and the same was registered as C.P. case No.11/07 on 05.04.2007. The case was fixed for judgement since 23.03.2011 and the same is pending for judgement till 01.10.2024. But it is observed that both the parties are remaining absent before the Commission without any step since 07.04.2018. It is not desirable that the judgement be pronounced without the presence of the complainant or the opposite party. Long absence of the complainant for more than six years indicates that he is no more interested with the judgement/further proceeding of the case.

Under the circumstance stated above we found no reason to continue proceedings of this case any further. Hence the case is dropped from the proceeding.
