Order dt.19/07/2007 The complaitn is allowed. Both the O.Ps are hereby directed to pay damages(Compensation) of Rs.5,000/- for havign put the complainant under inconvenience and mental agony and financial loss and Rs.1,000/- as the cost of this proceedings to the complainant with in 60 days from the date of receipt of this order. sd/- M.R.Devappa, President, sd/- K.S.prasad, Member.
