Complainant absent .  No representation. Opposite party reported. Today case is listed to the appearance of the complainant. Complainant is absent from the proceedings of the complainant. Since 26-04-2022 the case is listed to the evidence of the complainant. When the case come up to the consideration  today, it is noticed  that the complainant was continually absent since 22-02-2022. In spite of receipt of repeated notice from this Commission, the complainant did not care to appear before  the  Commission and to adduce evidence. In the above circumstances we found that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with the complaint. In view of the above discussion we found that this is a fit case for dismissed to default. In the result the complaint is dismissed.
