                    Shri Amit Tiwari, learned counsel for the appellant.

                    Respondent no.1 is present in person.

                    Shri Shivam Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.

                    None for the respondent no.3 though served.

                    Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the respondent no.2 has made payment to respondent no.1/complainant in compliance of the order dated 25.09.2020 passed by the District Commission, Bhopal-2 in C.C.No.449/2018.

                    The respondent no.2/complainant who is also an advocate accepted the aforesaid fact and now he has no grievance with the appellant and the respondent no.1 and 3.

                    In such circumstances, appellant does not want to press this appeal. The appeal is dismissed not pressed.
