The son of the complainant is present in person as well as through her ld. Advocate. Today is fixed for further argument.
Today the ld. Counsel for the complainant, as well as, the complainant herself by filing an application has prayed for disposal of the complaint due to non-prosecution because the dispute by and between herself and the Ops has already been settled amicably out of ld. Forum. In views of such petition filed by the complainant herself, as well as, the ld. Advocate, we are of the view that as the complainant is not inclined to proceed with the complaint further, as her grievance has already been redressed, hence, the complaint be disposed of on the ground of non-prosecution. Accordingly, it is

that the Consumer Complaint being No. 268/2014 is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution.
