COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

                   Today the case was fixed for filing written statement alongwith entire evidence. At this stage, counsel for the Op has tendered a cheque bearing No.494252 dated 06.03.2018 amounting to Rs.750/- in settlement of this present complaint.

Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a cheque bearing No.494252 dated 06.03.2018 amounting to Rs.750/- in settlement of this present complaint. So, he wants to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
