Ld. Advocate for the opposite party is also present and he files an application supported by an affidavit praying for disposal of the case in terms of para 2 of the impugned application. Copy served.

Perused the petition of complaint coupled with its written version thereto. Perused the impugned application.

The Opposite party is ready and willing to adjust  Rs.16,577/- only including 18 percent  GST over it by given as rental rebate against future rental bills of the complainant against Telephone No. 25561764 and billing Account No. 8005518933. The application supported by an affidavit be a part of this order.

Thus the consumer case is disposed of.
