Both the parties are present. We have also perused the petition of complaint where in (u) of the prayer of portion of the petition of complied. The complainant has prayed for refereing the disputes till under Section 7B of the Indian Telegraph before the Arbitration for adjudication. We have also perused the pleading and documets of both the parties and the BNA’s submitted by them.

In case of disputes regarding telephone bil the matter for adjudication is required to be referred to the Arbitration as provided u/s. 7B of the Indian Telegraph Act. This being deposition of law the complainant is directed to go for Arbitration for adjudication as provided u/s 7B of the Indian Telegraph Act. So this causes disposal of from this Forum by way of passing the order of the dismissal of the case.
