Today record is put up on put up petition filed by the DHR. DHR is present himself.

On perusal of the record it has been reveled that the Jdr.  deposited cash of Rs 55,350/-(Rs fiftyfive thousand & three hundred fifty only) on 11.08.16  in compliance with the Final Order in respect of original case No. CC-47/2011 passed by this Forum on 13.01.12

The Dhr. personally appears today and files two separate petitions, praying to handover the said cash deposited by the Jdr. yesterday in favour of him before this Forum and also prays in another verified petition for disposal this Execution Application on full satisfaction. He also files one photocopy of Voter ID card along with original for his identification. 

Perused the original Voter ID card. The original Voter ID card is returned back to the Dhr. after verification with the photocopy of the same. The prayer for withdrawal the above mentioned cash by the Dhr. is allowed. Let the cash of Rs.55,350/- (Rs fiftyfive thousand & three hundred fifty only),  to the Dhr., Mr. Indranil Das  through proper receipt and on identification by his Lawyer.

In view of the above discussion there is no bar to dispose of the case on full satisfaction.

Hence it is, ordered,  

That the case being No. EA-19/2012 is disposed of on full satisfaction. Accordingly recall the W/A.
