The complainant did not turn up.

To-day is fixed for argument of the case.

Ld. Lawyer for the complainant files a petition stating that the complainant is not willing to proceed the case.

       Heard both sides.

After perusal of the case record it appears that the complainant did not turn up since 19/03/2020.

Due to the Covid pandemic situation no adverse order was passed against the complainant till 21/02/2022 inspite of the absence of the complainant. But to-day we find that the complainant is not willing to proceed this case as stated by the Ld. Lawyer by the complainant by filing a petition. So there is no need to drag this case further. The case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, It is;

                                                                Ordered          

     that the instant case be and the same is dismissed on the basis of the petition filed by the complainant. No costs. The case is, thus, disposed of.
