Learned counsel Sh. Ravinder Singh for respondents has appeared in person before the Commission.

An application has been moved by the appellant alleging that he is not interested to continue or contest the appeal and wants to withdraw his appeal, hence he may be permitted to withdraw the appeal.

The above application is unopposed by the counsel for respondents.

As the above mentioned application is unopposed. Moreover, the appellant – petitioner does not want to contest his appeal, hence in such circumstance, it is proper and just to allow the application for withdrawal of the appeal.

Accordingly, the above mentioned application is hereby allowed and the appeal shall stand dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

It is further directed that the appellant shall not be entitled to file fresh appeal on the same cause of action.

Copy of the order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary compliance.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith the copy of the order.
