  4. Flipkart Internet Pvt., Ltd., buildings Alyssa, begonia & Clove Embassy Tech Village outer ring road, Devarabeesanahalli village, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Present:  Sh. Sumit Sharma, counsel for the complainant.

                   Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for the OP-2.

                   Sh. Pawandeep Kalyana, counsel for the OP-4.

                   OPs-1,3 & 5 exparte vide order dated 09.11.2023.

                  

 

                   Today the case is fixed for compromise. Compromise effected.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the OP-2 has suffered a separate statement that the OP-2 is ready to pay Rs.9,000/- depreciated amount of the invoice amount with 45 days from the date of receipt of the order.

                   On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP-2. He agrees to the statement given by the counsel for the OP-2, so he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

                 In view of the above statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound the statement of their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
