Present: Mr. Sonu, complainant in person with counsel Sh. Parmanand, Advocate

              Sh. Rajan Bhatia, Advocate, counsel for OPs No. 2 &3

              None for OP No.1.

 

 

                        Today the case was fixed for consideration as compromise has been effected between the parties.  As per compromise, complainant had received a cheque bearing No. 380904 dated 17.01.2017 amounting to Rs. 5500/-. He further stated that now no grievance remains against the OPs and he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied. In view of the statement of complainant, the present complaint stands disposed off. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
