Called out repeatedly at intervals. Nobody did turn up.

Perused the record of the case. Order sheet dated 06.10.2017 reflects that a conditional order was passed on that day to the effect that if the appellants do not turn up on the next date, appropriate order would be passed in the absence of appellants.

                    As the appellants did not turn up to press the appeal, the appeal is dismissed in default.  Let the case be  consigned to record, decided accordingly.
