ORDER

Present:        Complainant Roshan Sharma in person with Sh. Anil Gehlot.

                     Sh. Hari Kishan, Proprietor of OP in person.

 

          File taken up in the National Lok Adalat. Parties have compromised. Complainant has made a statement that he has compromised the matter with the OP in the National Lok Adalat and in pursuance of compromise, he has received Rs. 2,000/- from Sh. Hari Kishan, Proprietor of OP and has returned the book to the OP which was purchased by the complainant from the OP and now he is no longer interested in prosecuting this complaint and withdraws the same. In view of this, complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.  Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties free of cost.
