                                   Jagdeep Versus Bharat batteries

J                 Parties have settled their dispute amicably. Ops No.2 and 3 has made a statement that Ops No.2 and 3 are ready to replace the battery with the same model subject to deposit the old batteries with 30 days at service center Kurukshetra. Complainant is satisfied with the same. Statements of learned Counsel for complainant and Id. Counsel for OPS No.2 and 3 recorded in this context. In view of the same, Present complaint is Dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
