Learned counsel for respondent no.1 as well as Mr. Jagdish Prasad, (son of respondent no.1) state that they are agreeable to receive a sum of Rs.57,400/- (Rupees Fifty Seven Thousand Four hundred only) in full and final settlement of the claim made by respondent no.1. Learned counsel for the petitioner is also agreeable to the above proposal. In view the settlement arrived at between the parties, a sum of Rs.57,400/- (Rupees Fifty Seven Thousand Four hundred only) lying deposited with the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Karoli in pursuance of order dated 1.12.2011 passed by this Commission, be paid to respondent no.1. Under these circumstances, the complaint filed by respondent no.1 before the District Forum shall be treated as withdrawn. The present revision petition stand disposed of as such. A copy of this order be sent to the District Forum concerned. Dasti to both parties.
