In the morning when the case was called Shri Rajesh Kumar Arora, Advocate appeared as Proxy counsel and stated that main counsel is busy in High Court. He was given a pass over to call the main counsel. Even on second call main counsel has not turned up. Now on our query Shri Rajesh Kumar Arora states that he has appeared in this case on the instructions of one Ms. Rakha Sharma, who is not even Advocate and has no connection with the petitioner. Since Shri Rajesh Kumar Arora, Advocate has put in appearance without there being instruction of the petitioners or their counsel, his appearance cannot be treated as valid appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Since no authorsed person appeared on behalf of the petitioners, revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
