                   Ms.Babita, Ld. Member has not come present today. No evidence of complainant is present, despite giving last and final opportunity with cost. Case called several times. But neither the complainant nor his counsel has come present. It appears that complainant is not interested to proceed with the present complaint. As such, the present complaint stands adjourned sine die for the time being. However, complainant is at liberty to get it revived as and when the same is so required. File be consigned to record room.
