  1. In this revision petition prayer is made for setting aside order dated 27.02.2014 by which the petitioner/OP was proceeded ex-parte.
  2. It is stated by the counsel for the petitioner/OP that great prejudice shall be caused to it in case petitioner/OP is not given a chance to contest the case on merits. It is stated that written statement filed by the petitioner/OP is already on record.
  3. Respondent is present in person alongwith his counsel. After some arguments, it is stated that to cut short the further delay in the matter, the respondent/complainant has no objection if the impugned order is set aside subject to costs.
  4. In view of the statement of respondent/complainant as well as for effective disposal of the case on merit, subject to cost of Rs.5,000/- we accept this petition and the petitioner/OP is allowed to participate in the proceedings.
  5. The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Forum on 29.11.2016, when the petitioner/OP shall file its evidence and thereafter the District Forum shall proceeding further in the matter.
  6. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
  7. Copy of this order be given to the parties and be also sent to the Ld. District Forum(West) for information and keeping it on record for compliance

          File be consigned to Record Room.
