Smt. Nisha Goel, Authorised Signatory on behalf of the appellant is present. Sh. Arun Uniyal, learned counsel for the respondent is present alongwith respondent-Sh. Bhagwati Prasad.  Sh. Moti Ram, Regional Manager of the appellant company is also present through audio call in the hearing (from the mobile phone of Smt. Nisha Goel).

The compromise has arrived at between the parties and both the parties jointly moved a compromise application bearing paper No. 61 having signatures of the parties’ alongwith counsel.  The said compromise is accepted by both the parties. The same be kept on record and the compromise is accordingly accepted.

The case is hereby decided in terms of the compromise. It shall form part of the order.

It is further directed to the appellant that the company shall deposit the draft of Rs. 1,90,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Ninety Thousand only) within 30 days from today before the Commission and after submission of the draft, the company shall be entitled to get refund of the amount, which was earlier deposited in the concerned Commission.  No order as to costs.
