Present:-     None for the parties.

                    Case called several times since morning but none appeared on behalf of the parties.  It is now 3.20 p.m.  From the perusal of the zimini orders it is found that the complainant is not appearing on various dates of hearings.  This case was filed by the complainant on 19.01.2011 since then this case is pending for notice to OP no. 2 for want of copy of complaint and RC cover etc.  The complainant availing a number of opportunites since filing of this complaint has failed to file the copy of complaint and RC cover since the beginning.  It seems he is not interested to comply with the orders of this court.  The complaint is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default.  File be consigned to the record room.
