Sh.Munish Kohli, Adv.appeared on behalf of the opposite parties No.1 & 2 and filed power of attorney. Sh.Gurwinder Singh, Sales Manager of the opposite parties No.1 & 2 got recorded his statement that opposite parties No.1 & 2 are ready to give original bill and insurance cover note to the complainant today in the Forum and opposite parties No.1 & 2 will hand over original RC to the complainant within 40 days from today. In view of the above statement, Sh.Sahil Ahuja, complainant got recorded his statement that he has received the original bill and insurance cover note from the opposite parties No.1 & 2 today in the Forum and he will receive the original RC from the opposite parties No.1 & 2 as per the statement given by Gurwinder Singh, Sales Manager of the opposite parties No.1 & 2. Now, he is fully satisfied and he withdraws the present complaint. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall remain bound by their statements. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
