None is present on behalf of the appellant.
According to office report dated 29.08.2022, steps for service of notice upon respondents have not been taken by the appellant.
Case is being taken up after a long interval.
Issue court notice to the appellant, fixing 12.10.2022 for further orders.”
According to office report dated 12.10.2022, registered court notice was issued to the appellant on 27.09.2022, which is received back in the office with postal endorsement that the recipient has “left” the address given over the envelope.
According to office report dated 12.10.2022, registered court notice was issued to the appellant on the same address, as mentioned in the memorandum of appeal.
Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant even today.
It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.
