Considering the facts and circumstances and having regard to the documents on record and having heard the submission of the learned Lawyer for the appellant and since refusal of bail may defeat justice, the appellant/judgement debtor be released on furnishing PR Bond of the entire decretal amount and on deposit of the 50% of the decretal amount before the District Forum to be calculated by the Hon’ble Forum below and subject to the satisfaction of the Hon’ble Forum below within 21 days from the date of this order, in default, this order shall stand automatically vacated and if complied with, the learned Court below to recall the jail/conviction warrant forthwith.

                       I.A. 5/2018 is disposed off.
