          Today the case is fixed for the consideration.

          On 01.12.2014 ld. Counsel for the complainant –DH has furnished the calculation, vide which, he has submitted that Rs. 12006 is balance towards the respondent JD

          On the other hand, the respondent JD has submitted that the compliance of the orders has been made and nothing is due towards the respondents JD

          We have perused the order dated 31.01.2013 passed by the Honble State Commission Haryana, Panchkula and has also perused the written submissions dated 02.01.2015 where in calculation has also been mentioned. In our view the compliance of the orders has been made by the respondents JD and now no further action is required to be taken in the matter and thus, we dispose off the present execution petition.
