Perusal of the record shows that complainant was lastly appeared in this matter on 08.12.2021. Today is the fourth consecutive hearing on which complainant not appeared. It seems that complainant is not interested in contesting the matter. Commission is not inclined to accommodate complaint any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
