Learned counsel for complainant has suffered a statement that as per the written version of OP the vehicle involved in the complaint has been duly transferred in the name of Sandeep Kaur wife/daughter of Mohinder Singh resident of Village Kila Raipur. So as per said facts the liability of the complainant towards the said vehicle has been authenticated, so the complainant withdraws the present complaint.

In view of the statement suffered by counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied. File be indexed and consigned to record.
