They Filed Compromise Pursis Stated That Accused  Paid Rs.29,500/-  To Complainant In Cash..Complainant Received The  Said Amount And Stated That The Complainant Do Not Want To Proceed The Matter Further,Hence Order Passed At Ex.1. Complainant And Accused No’s 2 To 6 Filed Compromise Pursis.As Per Compromise Pursis Accused/OP No’s 2 To 6 Paid Rs. 29,500/-  To Complainant And Complainant Received The Said Amount. The Pursis Signed By Complainant And OP No’s 2 To 6 And Their Adv’s Also. The Matter Is Settled Between The Parties  And There Is No Dispute Between Them.The Complainant Do Not Want To Proceed The  Case Further, Hence The Case Is Disposed Of As Withdrawn  And Accused No’s 2 To 6 Are Discharged.
