Complainant personally present and filed a petition to drop the case as the matter amicably settled between the parties at the out side of the court. Thus date was fixed for filing of version further order awaiting SR against Op1 returned back and SR against. Other Op is Op No 2 is still not returned back and in preliminary stage complainant filed the petition to drop the case. On the matter settled between the parties and accordingly the case is dropped as complainant do not want to proceed further with this case.
