                     Mr. Jagtar Singh Chadda, A/R, Director of OP.

                    

The matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- vide DD bearing no. 037996 dated 15.09.2023 in favour of Mr. H.C. Katoch has already been released as full and final settlement. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
