THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to refund the sum of Rs.20,000/- and to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and stress with cost of to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the allegations raised in the complaint.  Complainant and Counsel absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
