1.   Berkeley Hyundai Autovogue Pvt. Ltd., Plot No.375, Industrial Area, Phase-1, Panchkula through its authorized signatory.

2.   Hyundai Motors India Ltd., Plot No.H-1, SIPOCT Industrial Park, Irrungattukottai, Sriperumbundur Taluk Kancheepuram, Distrtict Tamilnadu-602117, India.

COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:       Mr.Hawa Singh, authorized representative for the complainant.

                   Mr.O.P.Sharma, L.O., for the Op No.1.

                   Today the case was fixed for arguments. At this stage, authorized representative for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a cheque bearing No.566243 dated 20.09.2018 amounting to Rs.3,855/- from the Op No.1 in settlement of the case. So, he wants to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by the authorized representative for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
