Advocate for the Complainant is present by filing hazira. Today is fixed for acceptance of W/V with cost. At this stage, Ld. Advocate for the Complainant filed a petition praying for non – prosecution of the instant case. Perused the petition. The Complainant Chandra Dey has appeared before this Commission today with the proof of identity. The photocopy of identity proof is kept with the record. The Complainant Chandra Dey stated that after prolonged discussions the parties herein has amicably settled the matter in dispute outside the Court and accordingly it was decided by the Complainant that she will not contest further with the instant case. As a result, the Complainant of the instant case does not want to proceed with the case furthermore. Hence, Ordered, That the C.C. case being No. 423/2018 is hereby dismissed for non prosecution.
