Perused the petition of the Complainant and Annexures thereon.
The petition of complaint as we find does not disclose the deficiency of service or unfair trade practice as envisaged under CP Act. 1986 as amended. It appears that the Complainant has already purchased a flat being No.FL2FU 04-17-1803 at Down Town, Block – 4, Uniworld City, Bengal Unitech Universal, Rajarhat, New Town, Kolkata, at a value of Rs.47,58,425/-. Moreover, it appears that he intends to transfer the flat in her father’s name.
It is a separate issue to be governed under transfer of property Act. Moreover, the value of the flat exceeds the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Forum.
The instant case as such is not admitted.
Hence ordered,
That the instant case be and the same is dismissed as being not maintainable in CP Act.
