Complainants are present through their Ld. Advocate.  Misc. Application bearing No. 19/2017 is taken up for hearing.  By filing this application the Complainants have prayed for amendment of the complaint regarding valuation of the property to the effect that value of the property would be Rs.62,14,240/- in place and stead of Rs.61,14,240/- as mentioned in Schedule of the Misc. Application.  Having heard the Ld. Advocate and on perusal of the papers on record, we allow this Misc. Application.  Bench Clerk is directed to make necessary correction in the petition of complaint.  Complainants are directed to file amended version of petition of complaint.   After filing of the amended version of petition of complaint, notice upon the O.Ps will be issued.  Fix 30.06.2017 for filing amended version of petition of complaint.  Misc. Application is thus disposed of.
