Today is fixed for showing cause by the Dhr/complainant.

 Jdr files hazira through the ld. Advocate. No step taken by the Dhrs/Complainants. None appears from the side of the Dhrs/Complainants on repeated calls.

It is found from the record vide order no. 21, dated 27.02.2018 that the Hon’ble NCDRC was pleased to dismiss the Revision Petition being No. RP/ 57/2018 on 01.02.2018 filed by the Dhrs/Complainants and the Dhrs filed an application stating that the Dhsr/Complainants are going to file SLP before the Hon’ble Supreme Court against the order passed by the Hon’ble NCDRC. Thereafter no supporting document is filed by the Dhrs/Complainants. Under such circumstancs, the Dhrs/Complainants were directed to show cause so to why the present Execution Application shout not be dropped in view of the order of the Hon’ble NCDRC in respect of RP/57/2017.

Today the Dhrs/Complainants are neither present nor filed any show cause or any document to show that SLP is filed before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Hence, we are not inclined to drag the present Execution Application further.

Accordingly, it is

O r d e r e d

that the present Execution Application being No. 42/2014 be and the same is dropped in view of the order passed by the Hon’ble NCDRC, New Delhi in RP/57/2017 on 01.02.2018.

            Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
