As the M.A. being no-87/2016 is allowed on contest without any cost hence, the C.C. no-208/2015 is not maintainable before this Ld. Forum on the ground of its pecuniary jurisdiction. Therefore the complaint is dismissed being barred by pecuniary jurisdiction. The Complainants are at liberty to approach before the appropriate Commission/Court, if not barred otherwise.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
