Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that the name of the complainant is Saurajit Banerjee but in the judgement the name of the complainant no.1 appears as ‘Surajit Banerjee’ which is required to be rectified.
Perused and considered the complaint application of CC/199/2010.
It appears from the complaint application that the name of the complainant no.1 is ‘Shri Saurajit Banerjee’.
Therefore, prayer made in this application dated 21/05/2024 is hereby allowed.
Let the name of complainant no.1 be rectified as ‘Shri Saurajit Banerjee’.
Both the parties are directed to submit their certified copy of judgement, if any, at once for such rectification in the cause title of the judgement dated 15/05/2017 passed by this Commission.
Thus, the Misc. Application stands disposed of.
Let the record of CC/299/2010 be sent to the record room at once.
