Final Order / Judgement | The Ld. Counsel for both the parties are present and the Complainant is present in person. On 12.03.2022 before the Ld. Lok Adalat, the OPs have paid one cheque amounting to Rs. 50,000/- in favour of the Complainant. It was ordered that until and unless the cheque was encashed by the Bank, the complaint case could not be disposed of on that date. Today by filing an application the Complainant has submitted that the questioned cheque has duly credited to the account of the Complainant. As his grievance has been resolved by the OPs, the Complainant is not inclined to proceed with this complaint further. The Complainant is willing to withdraw this complaint. The application is endorsed by the Ld. Advocate for the OPs. On careful perusal of this application, in our view as the dispute of the Complainant has already been resolved by the OPs before the Lok Adalat, hence there is no question to proceed with this case further and where the Complainant is not willing to proceed with this complaint, hence the Consumer Complaint being no.
