Final Order / Judgement

Payment of Rs. 1,53,887/- is made by the OP in favour of the complainant by demand draft being no. 369741 dated 02.03.2023 towards the full and final settlement. A petition is filed on affidavit in the form of settlement in, praying for dismissal of the case on full satisfaction. The demand draft be handed over to the Registrar-in-charge for handing over the same to the complainant after proper verification.

Send a copy of this order to the Registrar of this Commission.

On being asked the complainant does not wanted to proceed with the case as because of settlement which has already arrived at and recorded in the deed of settlement.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and same is disposed of with full satisfaction.

Let a plain copy be handed over the parties free of cost as per CPR.
