| Final Order / Judgement | The Ld. Advocates on both sides are heard. It is submitted by them that on account of settlement, the Complainant would get 75,000/- with interest component, totaling Rs. 1,37,532/- from the Ops. It is ascertained from them that the aforesaid total amount of Rs. 1,37,532/- has already refunded by the OPs to the Complainant. The copy of settlement agreement bears an endorsement at page 3 under para 4. The Aforesaid settlement agreement, which is produced by the Ld. Advocates of the parties, be kept with the record. Sinnce the claim of the Complainant has fully been satisfied, a disposal order is required to be passed. Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed on full and final satisfaction without cost through the LOK ADALAT. | |
