ORDER NO. 50 DT. 03.11.2010

In the above complaint case both the parties namely the complainant and the OP Nos. 1, 2 & 3, have jointly filed a Misc. Application being MA-273/2010 for recording a settlement that has been arrived at between the said parties. It has been stated in the above application that both the parties have signed and executed the terms of settlement dt. 11.10.2010, a copy of which has been annexed to the above Misc. Application. In view of the aforesaid settlement between the parties this complaint case be disposed of in terms of the said settlement. The terms of the settlement as arrived at between the parties on 11.10.2010 shall form part of this order. The complaint case is thus dismissed. The stay/injunction, if any, passed in the above complaint case shall accordingly stand vacated.
