The Complainant is present by filing hazira through the Ld. Agent.

The Ld. Agent for the O.P. No.1 & 2 file hazira.

Today is fixed for filing W/V by the O.Ps.

On behalf of the Pro-O.P. No.4, Ld. Agent files a time petition on the ground as stated therein.

The Complainant by filing a verified petition praying for withdrawal/disposal of the present case as the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties as full and final settlement.

Heard both the Ld. Agents also the Complainant. At present the Complainant has no allegation against the O.Ps.

Considering the fact & circumstances of the present case, we have no impediment to allow the prayer of the Complainant and the case is to be disposed off.

Hence,

           Ordered,

                         That the present complaint be and the same is disposed off with full satisfaction.
