Heard the Ld. Advocate of the complainant at length.

Perused the petition of complaint.

It is pertinent to mention that even if the allegation as alleged by the complainant is accepted that does not make out any case showing that complainant will come under the purview of the C.P. Act, 2019.

Moreover, considering the materials on record and touching upon the submissions advanced by the Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant this Commission is of the view that prima facie there is no material to proceed further with the case.

Hence the instant petition of complaint stands rejected.
