Final Order / Judgement

This record is put up by the complainant by filing this MA bearing no. 05/2022 dated 20.01.2022 praying for withdrawal of this complaint.

In the MA 05/2022 is contended by the complainant that the next date is fixed on 09.02.2022 for filing report. In the meantime, as the Ld. Advocate Commissioner has completed the registration work in respect of the questioned flat in favour of the complainant on 19.01.2022, the complainant is not inclined to proceed with this case further. The complainant has no other grievance against the Ops. By filing this application the complainant has prayed for withdrawal of this complaint.  

According to the complainant if this application is not allowed, he will suffer irreparable loss and injury and prayer is made by the complainant for allowing this application.

We have carefully peruse the content of the MA 05/2022 and it is seen by us that as the registration work in respect of the questioned flat has already been completed in favour of the complainant by the Ld. Advocate Commissioner and more over as the complainant has no other grievance against the Ops, the complainant is interested to dissolve this complaint.

In our opinion as the complainant is not interested to proceed with this complaint further, hence the MA be allowed without any cost.

Hence it is ordered that the MA 05/2022 is hereby allowed and accordingly the Consumer Complaint being no. CC 199/2020 is also disposed of on full and final satisfaction.

Let plain copy be given to the parties, free of cost, as per CPR.
