Jdr. toady gives Rs.32000/- in cash which is received by Mr. Sattwik Pramanik B.C. of this Forum. To day Dhr is not present, Heard Considered. Fix 15.12.2014 for further amount if any by the Jdr.

Now complainant is contacted our phone and he said that the rest amount is Rs.9008/- Jdr. is willing to pay out the entire decreetal amount and given the amount of Rs.9008/- to the said B.C. of this Forum in cash accordingly the present execution case is disposed of on full satisfaction.

Jdr. pay total amount of Rs.41008/- which is received by the Dhr. Subrata Bhattacharya. so the Execution case be disposed fo on full satisfaction.
