Perused the materials of the case record.

After going through the material of the case record, it appears that the complainant has not impleaded the owners as parties of this case. Moreso, all the parties whose names are reflecting in the Agreement for Sale dated 12/07/2022 also have not been incorporated as parties in this case. So, it is crystal clear that this case is bad for non-joinder of parties.

In the result,

that this complaint case No.8/2024 is not admitted as it is found bad/defective for non-joinder of parties. No order is passed as to cost.

In the light of the observation made above this complaint case is disposed off.
