          This revision petition was dismissed for non-prosecution twice.  Application filed by the petitioner for restoration was declined on the ground that repeated indulgence could not be shown to the petitioner.  Respondent, thereafter moved present application for release of Rs.70,000/- which was deposited by the petitioner in this Commission.  Notice on application was issued to the counsel for the petitioner.  Counsel for the petitioner is not present.
