            The petitioner/Dhr. Sri Gurupada Adhikari files hajira through his Ld. Lawyer alongwith a petition for disposal of this case on full satisfaction stating that the O.P./Jdr. has paid him today the balance of the awarded money amounting to Rs.2,00,000/- by two cheques bearing nos. 465664 and 465665 dt.11/05/2016 and 14/05/2016 of HDFC Bank and cash of Rs.14,500/-. He also files a receipt of  acknowledgement of the said sum of money. The O.P./Jdr. appears today and files a petition with prayer to recall Warrant of Arrest issued against him as he has paid Rs.2,14,500/- to the petitioner/Dhr. as full payment. Received N.E.R from the O/C Matigara P.S. Seen Let the N.E.R. be kept with the record.. Heard submission of both the parties in person and their Ld. Lawyers. Also perused the petitions filed by both the parties and the receipt of acknowledgement. Filed by the Petitioner/Dhr. Considered.

           We find that O.P./Jdr. has paid the entire awarded amount as per order dt.11/04/2013 in CC 47/2012 to the petitioner/Dhr. and as such it is clear that the O.P./Jdr. has complied with the order dt.11/04/2013 passed by this Forum

          Hence we allow the prayer of the O.P./Jdr.

           B/C to recall Warrant of Arrest issued against O.P./Jdr. on 06/05/2016 at once. The Execution case stands disposed of on full and final satisfaction.

           Let copy of this final order be supplied free of cost forthwith to the parties/ their Ld. Advocates/agents on record by hand under proper acknowledgment/sent by ordinary post, in terms of Rule 5(10) of West Bengal Consumer Protection Rules 1987.
